Throughout their careers, Arvind and Neelam worked extensively with clients facing extreme and complex behaviors, non-verbal communication barriers, and physically demanding needs. They provided care in high-intensity environments, assisting individuals with intricate medical requirements such as tracheostomy management, enteral feeding, complex wound care, and behavioral support. During this time, they witnessed firsthand the struggles many individuals and their families face in accessing the right kind of care—care that is not only professional but also compassionate, respectful, and truly person-centered.
